Information we may collect

- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and security logs.
- Messages or community content you choose to publish or send through integrated communication features.
How information is used
We use information to provide accounts and community features, answer requests, moderate and secure the platform, understand aggregate usage, improve the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential cookies for sessions, language, security, and account features. With your consent where required, Google Analytics may collect aggregated usage information. Embedded services such as YouTube may apply their own privacy policies when you play or interact with their content.
Data sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the platform, authorized administrators, or authorities when legally required. Information is retained only for as long as necessary for its stated purpose, security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Your choices and rights

Children and sensitive information

Ministry interactions and giving — updated 1 November 2026
Clicks towards chat, WhatsApp, announcements and giving options are counted in aggregate using a random identifier for each page load. These counters do not form a named browsing history and do not contain conversation text. A functional cookie protects requests against forgery; it is not used for cross-site tracking. Interaction records are purged during requests after 180 days.
Service-page views, sections displayed, clicks towards its offers and examples, and contact-form arrivals are also measured. The language and a source category (internal, external or unavailable) are recorded, without a referring URL, name, email or form text in these events. The public counter combines historical French and English service-page views; it does not count unique people.
If you choose a payment method, information required to process it is sent to the selected provider (for example CinetPay or Stripe, when enabled). This site does not store card details or PINs. The ministry keeps confirmed payment references, amounts and currencies for reconciliation; accounting obligations and the provider’s policies may involve separate retention. A click or a return from a payment page is not confirmation of a gift.
