Doing, means putting our hands to work, serving with what God has given us, taking responsibility, and not waiting for someone else to begin.
Getting others to do, is not manipulation, it is not seeking to dominate. It is learning to transmit, to guide, to teach, and to lead by example.
Because what God places in us is not only for us.
Knowledge, a value, a talent, an experience… can become a seed in someone else’s life.
Getting others to teach others, means understanding that our mission can go beyond our own hands.
I teach someone, they teach someone else, and what I have received continues to bear fruit.
It is not about creating dependents, but about forming servants who are able to serve in turn.
It is not about imposing, but about enlightening.
It is not about controlling, but about empowering others to take responsibility.
For Jesus did not only ask us to receive, but also to go and make disciples. Matthew 28:19-20
So let us do.
Let us teach others to do.
And above all, let us teach others to teach others to do good.
May our hands transmit not only actions, but also values. May our words transmit not only knowledge, but also wisdom. And may our presence in the lives of others bring them a little closer to God.
Doing means acting. Getting others to do means transmitting. Getting others to teach others means helping people grow.
And perhaps our greatest impact will not be what we have done ourselves, but what we have taught others to do for the glory of God.
