7 days of fasting and prayer
—
From Monday 2 to Sunday 8 November, join us each day for fasting and online prayer. Speakers to be confirmed.
Suggested framework: a partial fast from 6 am to 6 pm, with water permitted; in the evening, a meal of vegetables only, with variety allowed, without meat, eggs or other animal products. Online prayer from 8 pm to 9 pm, Goma time (UTC+2).
Participation is voluntary and adapted to each person. Do not change prescribed medication to fast. If you are ill, pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, seek medical advice before restricting food. You can fully join the prayer without fasting. For children and teenagers, prioritise prayer without dietary restrictions.
