"Jesus said to him, 'Rise, take up your bed and walk.'" (John 5:8)
This word is not a simple historical account. It is a prophetic declaration for today, because we live in the era where everything is already accomplished.
We often remain lying down, paralyzed on our mat, waiting for a sign, a stirring of the water. But the spiritual reality has changed: at the cross, Jesus accomplished everything. We are no longer in waiting, but in possession of divine promises already sealed. All that remains for us is one gesture: to rise by faith. 🙌
The time is no longer for justifying our immobility. The man at the Pool of Bethesda had his excuse: "I have no one to put me into the water" (John 5:7). How many times do our own words echo his? "It is because my uncle does not help me", "it is because of such and such person"... The Master is already there. We no longer need to condemn others or justify our failures.
Here is a fundamental truth that must be grasped: God answered you a long time ago. You have prayed enough. The time has come to move into action, for it is written: "Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you have already received them, and you will see them accomplished." (Mark 11:24) 🔥
The divine sequence is clear: believe first, see the accomplishment afterwards. It begins with an act. Take your CV and go submit it. Launch out, simply.
You no longer need to multiply signs or seek external validations. Stop giving yourself reasons to remain confined. The word for you is prophetic: Rise, take up your bed, and walk. 💪
May God bless His word. Amen. 🙏
